recognize TARGET as NAME

Allows you to recognize a TARGET using an id, such as their race, and assign them a NAME.

Recognizing someone for the first time grants you a small amount of exp towards next level.

Options:

recognize glance
Gives you a list of players you can see in the room, with a person number for each. This list will not change until you use recognize glance again.

recognize person NUM as NAME
Recognizes the person numbered NUM from the recognize glance list as NAME. This can only be done if the person is still in the room with you.
