consent

The consent command allows players to manage their experience of romantic and/or sexual roleplay. It aims to balance allowing players who enjoy this type of roleplay to engage in it within the rules, with allowing those who are not interested to avoid it if they wish. You can set a general flag to indicate whether you are interested in this sort of roleplay or not, as well as granting consent to specific characters, or excluding others from this sort of roleplay with you.

Commands:

consent check [name]
Checks whether the person named consents to romantic / sexual roleplay.

consent set on
Sets your consent flag to on. This gives consent for romantic or sexual roleplay to anyone by default. You can still exclude particular characters.

consent set request
Sets your consent flag to request. Only players you have granted consent to will have consent to engage in romantic or sexual roleplay with you. Others will be able to request consent from you.

consent set off
Sets your consent flag to off. Other players will not be able to request consent from you, but you can still grant consent. While your consent flag is off, you will not get any messages about other players granting you consent or withdrawing it.

consent grant [name] [details]
Grants consent to the named character. You can specify details about this consent if you wish. These details will be communicated to the player. WARNING: Supplying details may expose any altered selves or changed shapes you have as being the same people. This risk can be avoided by not supplying details.

consent withdraw [name]
Withdraws any previously granted consent from the named character.

consent exclude [name]
Excludes the named character from romantic / sexual roleplay with you, even if your consent flag is set to ON.

consent warn [name]
Gives a warning to the named player that they are crossing your consent boundaries. Also alerts staff and creates a log of ongoing interactions.

consent log [name]
Silently creates a log and alerts staff that the named player's roleplay is crossing your consent boundaries, but does not alert the player.

consent request [name]
Sends a request to the named player to grant you consent for romantic / sexual roleplay.

In addition to the consent check command, you will see a consent indicator {C} after the adjective of other characters if you have both consented to this sort of roleplay with each other. NOTE: The indicator is OOC and may only suggest a general openness to this sort of roleplay. It does not mean that the character has any interest in your character.
