Advanced player help for ShadowGate

Advanced player, or AP, is automatically granted by completing the mandatory Quest of the Swords at level 19. This raises the levelcap to level 50. AP status recognizes the growth of a character from being a lowbie and fully accepting the challenges of PK and RP interactions with the whole of the mud.
