Sends out a message to everyone in the room, notifying them that you said it.

convey something discreetly

whisper TARGET MESSAGE

This command is used to whisper a message to another player who is in the same room as you, without other players being able to hear what you are saying. Whispers can be eavesdropped upon by someone with a high enough perception skill.

convey a message to nearby rooms

yell MESSAGE

This command yells a message to nearby rooms.

tell something someone

tell TARGET MESSAGE reply MESSAGE

In telepathic communication you will be able to use <tell> to privately tell someone something. Once communication is established, you may use reply to respond.
