Damage Type: cold/void damage on ranged touch attack and lowered AC
Syntax: cast CLASS frigid darkness on TARGET

A sphere of void and cold shoots out at the target, enveloping them in frigid darkness. On a successful ranged touch attack, the target takes both cold and void damage and they must make a fortitude save or their defenses are weakened, lowering their armor class for a short time. This does not stack with itself.
