tell TARGET MESSAGE

In telepathic communication you will be able to use tell to privately tell someone something. A spell or certain devices must be used in order to contact another player, and this is always considered an in-game action, unless you receive a tell from staff.

Please note that this means private from other players. However, all tells can be seen by staff.
